Rejuvenate nutrition, based in Brentwood in Essex, was founded by Sarah Hurst whose interest in nutrition began when she resolved her own health problems through nutritional therapy. Sarah decided to train as a Nutritional Therapist at the internationally recognised Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London where she studied for 4 years.
Sarah is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and is registered with the Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
Rejuvenate nutrition adheres to the BANT code of ethics and practice and the CNHC code of conduct, performance and ethics.
